Plumbing requirements

Materials, gradients, metering, testing.

Every plumbing line we install meets the building code (CAP 242), uses standardised metering (ISO 4064), and is pressure-tested before backfill.

  • Pipe Materials

UPVC, HDPE and PPR for domestic and industrial transmission

  • Drainage Gradient

Minimum 1 in 50 (2%) for soil and drainage pipes

  • Metering

ISO 4064 compliant water meters to monitor abstraction

  • Testing

Pressure testing of all lines before backfilling and handover

Bringing water from source to tap?

We'll spec the pipework, lay the line, meter it and pressure-test it before handover.
